Athletes may use Nolvadex to remove excess fat deposits when on a low-calorie diet, increase muscle mass development and stop the already observable adverse reactions associated with steroids.

Restoration of Endogenous Testosterone Production:- Nolvadex helps stimulate the production of endogenous testosterone, aiding in the recovery of natural hormone levels.
- By inhibiting estrogen activity throughout the body, including the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, Nolvadex not only facilitates the restoration of male hormone development but also prevents fluid retention, swelling, and minimizes setbacks associated with excess estrogen.

Eye-related side effects may include swelling, cataracts, partial or total vision loss. Skin rash, migraines, changes in the cornea, and confusion have also been reported. Individuals with serious liver diseases, such as hepatitis, are cautioned against using Nolvadex, as it can exacerbate damage to the liver.
The antiestrogenic properties of Nolvadex increase progesterone receptors. Therefore, if an anabolic cycle involves progesterone medications like trenbolone and nandrolone, Nolvadex is not recommended during the cycle or post-cycle therapy (PCT). Using trenbolone and nandrolone after Nolvadex can lead to prolactin-induced gynecomastia.
